Wonderful experience at Lenskart Vivo! I had initially asked the staff to help me clean the lens of my spectacles and they offered to replace the entire frame for me at the same time! Really great experience, I would definitely come back!

Went to Vivocity outlet to look around for glasses,was served by Rachel! She had very good customer service,very patient with me eventhough i took a long time to choose the frame. She was helpful in helping me choose a frame and very good in helping to clarify the lenses available!

Went over to the vivocity outlet with my friend to make a pair of spectacles for the each of us. Had a pleasant experience throughout the whole process. The staff there who helped us where 2 friendly and accomodating young ladies which I unfortunately did not get to note down the names of. As it was my first time choosing Lenskart, I had many questions and enquiries such as the prices of the different options available. However, they were patient with all the questions I had, and made the whole experience, from choosing my frames, the lenses that I wanted, and the eye test smooth sailing. I also would like to praise another staff of theirs, Wei Yang. One week after collecting the spectacles, I misplaced the recipt but needed it for company claims. Hence, I called over and explained my situation to Wei Yang to see what he could do about it to help me in my situation. He was friendly, professional and handled the situation well, rendering aid by sending a photo of my recipt to me via whatsapp. The quality of the spectacles are solid and up to standard, the price is affordable and slightly below the average cost when compared to their other competitors, the customer service provided is immaculate. Highly recommended!

Went here to get my glasses at Vivocity and the service here was amazing! They helped me pick out my glasses based on my personal preference and what glasses would compliment my face shape. All the staff were really nice.

Went back to change my specs temple as it came off and I lost them, got both of it changed to a new pair. Great service and definitely would recommend getting your next spectacle from them!!
