We were courteously welcomed by a salesperson Joshua (Chong) at this branch on 23 Aug 8pm (approximately). He was very friendly and patient with our decision to purchase the promotional spectacles after actively bringing us around and recommending us many designs based on our stated preferences. Was served by Joshua and the optometrist Ray. Joshua's services was truly excellent; he very patiently attended to all my queries/requests and was very spontaneous to offer recommendations when i was in doubt. He is also very well-versed with the store's products and explained things succinctly. He was also very kind to offer different options for the most cost-effective prices from a consumer's standpoint. Ray the optometrist was extremely proficient with checking my degree; he executed the procedures so fast and seamlessly and evaluated the results quickly and confidently. Overall, my search for new glasses was made so much more pleasant with extremely proficient patient and kind service providers, esp these two. ??????
