The eye testing process is smooth, clean, and handled professionally with advanced equipment, ensuring accuracy and comfort for every customer. The staff members are skilled, polite, and knowledgeable, guiding customers patiently through frame selections, lens options, and offers. They maintain a professional yet friendly approach, making the overall experience pleasant and trustworthy. I recently purchased two frames from this store and was totally satisfied with the quality, fitting, and service provided. The only suggestion I’d make is to increase the frame collection, as it currently feels slightly limited compared to other Lenskart outlets. Expanding the variety—especially in premium and trending designs—would make the experience even better. Overall, this new Lenskart store scores high on hygiene, customer service, and professionalism. A clean, efficient, and reliable place for all your eyewear needs. Definitely recommended!

Recently visited the store.The staffs were super professional and polite, and the eye test done by Mukesh Sahoo was amazing—very accurate and helpful. The store had so many beautiful frames, and I got my glasses which are just perfect. Had a great experience at Lenskart.
