Very nice store and optometrist is very good at work and all staff is very friendly manager is very polite

Pathetic store. No one including manager knows about the products. They all are blank. If you ask him about a specific product they will force u to buy a different one and will simply deny the product you are looking for. I was looking for contact lenses with specific number and they mentioned that they do not have it as company does not manufacture it. Even after showing them the same products on their lensekart app they were kept saying the same. So the product was available on their app from where I later bought it but these people wasted my time and energy and at the end concluded that company does not manufacture it and they dont sell it. Even the manager has no clues about what is happening and was not saying anything to his arrogant staff member. Bunch of unprofessional are running the store

Absolutely terrible service! Not ready to help at all. Services of this store is so bad , really buy another place never ever trusted to this store, they didn't claim my return and exchange policy. Stock not available this Is not out problem we choosed this product just bcz of we trust on your lenskart services and facilities but unfortunately I'm wrong. Help us otherwise we go consumer.hope you will concern that my problem.
