Product quality is good,,nice to have products of lenskart ?

|| The Review is not Store specific || I am really disappointed with Lenskart’s service. I purchased my glasses around 8 months ago, and unfortunately, the frame broke. When I went to the Lenskart store, I was told that the frame cannot be fixed and the only option is to purchase a new frame. Even then, I agreed, though the cost was about ?800 plus ?199 fixation charges. But to my surprise, they further said the frame is not in stock, and they cannot even confirm when it will be available. So basically, within just 8 months of purchase, they have no solution except asking me to buy a completely new product. Out of frustration, I went to a local optician nearby. To my shock, he fixed the frame in just 5 minutes, didn’t even charge a single rupee, and simply said, “Just a thank you is enough, sir.” This left me wondering—how can a so-called big brand like Lenskart, with such a huge name in the market, fail to provide basic service and instead left the customers with no option other then to purchases new set, while a small local shop solves the issue instantly and selflessly?
