Lenskart is committed to providing you great quality products at affordable prices.In the rare case that you aren't fully satisfied with the product, find the product is not 'As described' on our website, or is received in a 'damaged' condition, we allow you to Initiate a return within 14 days of delivery.

Once received back at our warehouse in its original condition, along with the invoice, you will receive a store credit or a refund for the full amount

HOW DO I RETURN PRODUCT?

Follow these easy steps to complete your return:

  1. Call us on +91-9999899998 to initiate your return & confirm the mode of returning the product to us.

    • 100% Free Pick-up service: Available in select cities.

      Call us at +91-9999899998 to select your this option.
      We would arrange a pick-up at your location within 3-5 days thereafter.

    • Reimbursable Delivery by a courier of your choice

      Select any courier service of your choice to return the product back to us.
      Ship your product along with the invoice, back to us at the address below:

      We will reimburse upto Rs.100 towards your shipping costs, subject to your product being received back in its original condition.

  2. Once we receive the product at our warehouse we will inspect it to ensure that it is in the same condition as it was sent to you in. Thereafter we will issue you a store credit for the entire amount that you paid + up to Rs. 100 if you chose to return the product Via a courier of your choice.
    • Store credit is like currency and can be used against any purchase on Lenskart.com or at any of of our stores.

Note:You must have initiated the return process within 14 days from receipt of your product.

CAN ALL PRODUCTS BE RETURNED?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products. In general, we all accept returns for all our products,per the policy above, with the following exceptions:

  • Contact Lenses: These would be acceptable only if they are returned in an unworn condition, with the sealed outer packaging intact.
  • Eyewear: [Eyeglasses, sunglasses, Power Sunglasses ]:
    1. Scratches on frame or lens that were not present at the time of delivery. We do a rigorous 3-step quality check to ensure that the product reaches you in perfect condition.
    2. Product damaged due to mishandling post delivery [product is de-shaped, with visible intentional damage to the product].
    3. Eyewear case or other standard packaging is damaged or torn or otherwise not in the same condition as it was received.
    4. The warranty or gaurantee card is missing.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR BROKEN PRODUCT?

While our 3-step quality check ensures that each product reaches you in perfect condition, in the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged, broken, or not what you ordered, Lenskart is there for you!

  • We will ensure that we rectify the error and send you the product as you had ordered.
  • If you would like to return the product please follow the process as given above.

IN CASE I CHOOSE TO GET MY MONEY BACK POST-RETURN, HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?

Please follow the steps highlighted above to return your product.

Once the product has been returned to us in its original condition, we will refund the money back to you via the original mode of payment.

  1. If you have paid online through a credit/debit card the refund will be processed on the same card.
  2. If you have paid through Cash On Delivery (COD), your money will be refunded via NEFT to your bank account. Once you initiate the returns process we will send you a link to enter your bank details for refund.

ON AVERAGE, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY RETURN TO BE COMPLETED?

Based on the return method chosen it normally takes 10-16 business days for you to get a store credit or refund issued against your return, assuming that the product is received back to us in its original condition. Here's how it works:

1. PICK-UP OF PRODUCT (6-10 DAYS)

3-5 days to pick up your product + 3-5 days to deliver back to our warehouse [Total:6-10 days]. [Note: This time may vary if you choose your own courier to return the produuct]

2. QUALITY INSPECTION AT WAREHOUSE (1-2 DAYS):

Once reveived at our warehouse, we take up to 2 days for the quality check of the returned product.

3. CONFIRMATION CALL (1 DAY):

Post quality check, we will call you to confirm receipt and issue store credit immediate.

4. REFUND OF MONEY (IF APPLICABLE): 2-3 BUISINESS DAYS

For cash refunds, it may take up to 2-3 business days to initiate the refund. It could take up to 3-4 business days for the money to be returned to your bank account, depending on your bank.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We custom make each lens specifically for you - we can't reuse a lens cut for you, for anyone else, should you choose to cancel your order. However, we want you to be able to try Lenskart 100% risk-free. Thereafter, if you would like to cancel your order before if has reached you, for any reason you, please choose one of the following methods:

  1. Log into 'My Account' at Lenskart.com. Select the 'Cancel my order' button against the order you want to cancel. We will call you to confirm your cancellation.
  2. Email [email protected] or call us at +91-9999899998 to cancel your order.

In both cases, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation of your order.
