• If you have changed your mind or got the wrong product, and you have not opened the contact lens sealed-box we sent you, we have a 14 Day return Policy for you. Just ensure product is in original packing*. And call us or send an email and we will replace it for you or refund your money, as per your preference.

Watches and Bags

* Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt),your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

• In case of Contact Lenses, lenses must be in an absolutely unworn and brand new condition and must be returned with the original sealed box, instruction papers, warrantee and other accessories if any. Make sure you have not opened the box or any of the lenses in the box. Opened boxes will not be taken back even if there are unused lenses in the box.

• In case of Sunglasses, glasses must be in an absolutely unworn and brand new condition and must be returned with the original box, instruction papers, warrantee and other accessories if any. Make sure you have not damaged or scratched the glasses or frame. Damaged glasses will not be taken back even if there are unused lenses in the box.

• In case of Eyeglasses, glasses must be in an absolutely unworn and brand new condition and must be returned with the original box, instruction papers, warrantee and other accessories if any. Make sure you have not damaged or scratched the frame or lenses. Glasses will not be taken back if you made a mistake in giving your prescription power. When we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure everything is present and in it’s in original condition and then issue either a full refund or a different item in exchange, as per your request. Your money will be refunded in full within 2 days of the receipt of the product.

Received Incorrect or Damaged goods?

If case the box in which the item has arrived has extensive visible damage, you are requested to contact our customer support as soon as possible at support@lenskart.com or +91-0120-4335000.

We will ask you to return the product to us and arrange a courier back. Your money will be refunded in full within 2 days of the receipt of the product.

Your Prescription Changes Few months Later

If case you have a sealed lens box you purchased from us and your power changes, you can contact our customer support  at support@lenskart.com and request for an exchange. Depending on the product, we may accept the product back and give you the new power of the same product.
